Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping times shown at checkout time reflect the transit time and do not account for processing times and shipping delays.

We offer FREE shipping for domestic orders over $49! Shipping discount will automatically apply to your order when purchase requirements are met.
Refund Policy
We have a 30 day full refund guarantee on eligible products.
A product is eligible for a refund if it is unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Any product that is opened or not in its original condition will be exempt from a return and refund.
For returns, please send an email to orders@chewspawsitive.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.
